Order process
Orders are processed on business days only, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
The processing time for orders is typically 1 business day. The processing time does not include the delivery of the order.
Shipping and Pickup
Orders must be accepted and signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Estimated delivery times are specified in the Shipping Information section and on the checkout page when you place an order. We strive to make the shipping as fast as possible, but delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Bobo Tea BV shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered and are signed for.
When you sign for a delivery, you acknowledge that you have received your products in good order and claims of damage will not be accepted.
Shipping includes two attempts to the provided address, which take place on two different business days. The customer will always be contacted if additional attempts are required. If more attempts are made, additional shipping costs will be charged.
Shipping methods and fees depend on the order quantity and delivery destination.
Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given when you have already paid for the goods.
Bobo Tea uses a third party secured service payment provider. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. We do not process payment internally. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 by our third-party secure service payment provider.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment can be made by Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa) or Electronic Bank Transfer (contact us for details). You will be responsible for all bank fees and charges related to bank payment transfers that may apply.
Title to any products you order on this website shall be passed to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are shown in € EURO and do not include VAT. Shipping fee, if applicable, is not included in the pricing (see Shipping Information for further details). Dutch VAT rate will be added to your purchase and shipping. Tax exemption is possible if eligible EU VAT number can be provided (contact us for details).
Returns, cancellation and substitutions
All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
Product specifications may change without notice from the manufacturer; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative.
We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you can return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Returning food products is only possible if the product is unopened and has an expiration date in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Returning non-food products is only possible if the product is unused.
Please note that all customized products are non-refundable.
Charges may apply for the return of goods, such as delivery fee and administrative fee.

Pickup
Orders placed before 15:00 can be picked up on the same day during business hours.
No minimum order amount.
No additional costs for pickup.
No appointment required for pickup.
Free parking.
Bobo Tea staff will assist with loading the goods.
Personal delivery service in the Netherlands and Belgium
The schedule for personal deliveries changes weekly, depending on the company's plan.
80% of orders will be delivered within 5 business days.
If customers opt for personal delivery service, they can provide opening hours. If no information is provided, Bobo Tea BV will make an estimation for the optimal delivery time.
The service area is limited to provinces: Zuid-Holland (NL), Noord-Holland (NL), Utrecht (NL), Noord-Brabant (NL), Flevoland (NL), Overijssel (NL), Gelderland (NL) and Antwerpen (BE).
Minimum order value NL: €350, BE: €500.
Cost of service NL: €30, free for orders €500 or above. BE: €75, free for orders €1000 or above.
Orders Below Personal Delivery Amount in the Netherlands/Belgium & Other EU Countries Shipped via DHL:
No minimum order amount.
Customer can choose delivery by parcel or pallet.
A estimation is made for the number of parcels required to safely send an order.
For orders shipped via DHL, the 15:00 cutoff time is crucial. Orders placed before 15:00 are sent the same day. Delivery times depend on the destination, as per the previous table. Holidays excluded.
For example, if a customer in the Netherlands places an order at 14:00 on Tuesday, we will ship it the same day, with an expected delivery on Wednesday.
A track and trace code is sent by email. DHL will not contact or notify for the delivery in other ways.
DHL will deliver on business days between 8:00 and 18:00. For pallet shipments no precise time slots are provided.

Return policy
Customer must contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp to start a return process.
A suitable method for the return of goods will be picked depending on the type, amount and location of goods. Examples of such methods are: drop-off at warehouse, pickup by Bobo Tea driver or pickup by DHL.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
Upon arrival at the warehouse the expiration date is checked for returned food products. If less than 3 months remain the return is rejected.
Charges may apply for the return of goods, such as shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt of goods. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
