Bubble tea is drunk either hot or cold and is usually made without carbonation. Different fruit flavours can be varied endlessly, as can the toppings in the form of jellies, tapioca or fruit pearls. The toppings have refreshing flavours and special textures and are drunk through a wide straw. This combination makes bubble tea a unique taste experience.

Yes, our ingredients for bubble tea do not contain dairy, animal gelatine or eggs. Instead of gelatine, we use agar agar which is seaweed-based.

Sometimes, not all our ingredients for bubble tea are vegan. Creamer (powders) contain a milk protein (casein). Other products like tea, syrups, tapioca, jam, boba and jelly are vegan though. Alternatives to creamers include oat milk, soy milk and almond milk.

Yes, our ingredients for bubble tea are lactose-free. Our creamer and powders do not contain dairy.

Tapioca is a natural product made from starch from the cassava root. The tapioca pearls are boiled before use, giving a nice ‘chewy’ texture and a subtle flavour to the bubble tea. The texture can be compared to sweets you have to chew, such as gummy bears. Tapioca contains no gluten and no fat.

Fruit pearls are one of many possible toppings for bubble tea. The balls of fruit syrup in a shell of vegetable gelatine (agar agar) form happy bubbles that do not dissolve in the drink, but burst when you bite down on them. This is why they are also called popping boba's. Since the fruit pearls often have a different flavour from the bubble tea itself, this gives a fun flavour variation.

Jellies are one of many possible toppings for bubble tea. Jellies are made from the pulp of coconut or the edible root of the Southeast Asian konjac plant. Jelly toppings come in a variety of flavours and, like fruit pearls, add a fun flavour variation to bubble tea.

Yes, printing the cups or sealing foil with your logo is possible from a certain order size onwards. You can contact us to discuss the possibilities.

The shelf life varies from product to product. A shelf life of 12 to 24 months applies from production.

No, our ingredients do not contain alcohol because we stand behind the idea that our bubble tea should be as accessible as possible. Of course, it is possible to add your own recipe!

Bubble tea is made from green or black tea. The tea is supplemented with syrup for fruit tea, and/or powder for milk tea. Fructose is used to flavour the tea, and creamer can be added for a creamy texture. Ice can then be added, and the tea is shaken hard in a shaker cup. A topping of your choice is then added to the tea, after which the cup can be sealed or immediately ready to enjoy!

Yes, we offer on-site workshops. Our workshops will introduce you to the recipe and teach you how to prepare different types of bubble tea. We will also tell you everything you need to know about operating and maintaining the machines. We also help budding bubble tea entrepreneurs in other ways.

For orders to be collected, we do not apply a minimum order amount. For deliveries, the minimum order amount is €350, excluding VAT.

No, you can make your payment via bank transfer. This can of course also be done on the spot.

Yes, of course! You can collect your order by appointment between 10:00 and 22:00. If you are not in a position to do so, it is possible to make an appointment outside our standard opening hours by exception. Please make sure your order is passed on at least 2 hours in advance.

The day we deliver your order will be coordinated with you in advance. The number of deliveries per week depends on the desired delivery location and the order size.

The maximum delivery time in the Benelux is 1 week. Express delivery is possible at extra cost. Ask for details.

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Transport costs and delivery time (2 days to 2 weeks) depend on the destination. Please contact us to get an indication of your situation.
